Facebook and Messenger Lite

Anyone made the switch to the Lite apps released by Facebook? How do you find it so far?

I've got the Messenger Lite and it's working well for me so far!
But recently, I've got a persistent notification on my Facebook app that says I have a message on messenger. But whenever I open it, there's nothing.

the same happened with me I solved it by clearing the data of facebook app.
