Facebook app and photo upload quality

Is this option supposed to be accessible so we can choose the photo quality being uploaded to Facebook? My photos are uploading grainy, especially when I have text. I am making sure to select "original" as the filter setting. In iOS you could choose in settings to upload photos in full quality in the settings. The photos option here is not selectable.

I as well DO NOT have the HD option

I don't have the option either. Per a CNET article from three days ago, this feature is something rolling out to accounts slowly so the rest of us just have to wait and there is nothing we can do. I hate this because for whatever reason these rolling out type things always hit my account last.
