facebook contacts on samsung s3 deleted

I deleted one of my facebook contacts from my samsung galaxy s3 phone by mistake. They are a still a friend on facebook but I can't get them back into my phone contacts. How do I reinstate them?

Just guessing, but have you tried signing out of Facebook and in again?
