Facebook errors

I am having a lot of trouble with the Facebook app on my LG V10. First thing is that it's extremely slow to load. This is nothing new from what I've seen. My second problem is while on the app it will stop responding. If I tap a section to go to it won't go. If I'm in notifications and tap on a blue notification, it changes to white, like I've read it, but haven't, it doesn't open the notification or anything. If I try to log out, it goes straight back to the homepage. The only way to get it working is to uninstall it and then reinstall it or restart my phone. Can anyone suggest a solution???! Yes. I'm getting the same on s7 edge. Tried the beta but that has the same issue. Closing the app fixes for a while but then it reappears. Frustrating.

Don't know if it helps anyone but me - but the latest facebook beta seems to have solved a number of my crashing issues on my s7 edge.
