Facebook for android

my phone did a reboot and when it came back on I saw that my facebook for android account was no longer showing my contacts... When I try to add the account again it shows it succussfully added the account but when I try to view again it has a another screen with username and password but wont let me edit... Even when I go to the facebook for android app the option for sync is gone... Is this normal?

Have you checked in the Android Market for a update? Go to the android market and search for Facebook for android and it will ether say installed or update. If it says update, that could fix the problem, if it says installed, then its another issue. I don't have this issue at all.
