Facebook full screen pictures

Can't find any information about this anywhere, so I guess I'll ask it here. Has anyone noticed that selecting a picture in facebook is making the photo smaller rather than larger? No idea if i've just completely missed the boat and this is android wide - but I just traded off of my galaxy s2, and it didn't have this problem.

Just tried it out and I see what you're talking about....but it doesn't seem to be repeatable with all pictures. For some, it makes smaller and for others it acts as expected?!

Yeah, some its like a forced zoom out, and some I can zoom back in. But regardless it tends to look fine for a split second, and then try to "autofit to screen" but it thinks the screen is tiny or something. Its odd.
