Facebook Game MyTown

I was wondering if there was a game available that would be like the Facebook game MyTown? I've been looking for a while now and can't find anything. If you're not familiar with the game: it's a city building game that allows you to expand your city as you move up in the levels. It's a very easy game and I like it because you don't have to have neighbors or friends who are playing the game with you work at your facilities in order to move up a level. Does anyone know of a game like this for Android?
