Facebook Messenger color update not showing on S9+

Hi all,

Do you know if updates for Facebook apply later on S9+?

I have a friends who has a S8 and Facebook Messenger updated with new chat colors which is showing on her phone.

However, on my side, it is not showing and i still have the same colors as before.

I checked an my Facebook Messenger updated accordingly and is not pending for any other updates.

Anyone having same issue and a clue why ?

Facebook rolls out updates randomly, so might not be your device but your account. Until the change becomes permanent will they roll out (in stages) to all accounts.

Hi......I have an s9+.....I changed the color by going under my name in messenger...upper right was a circled i I clicked on and got color options....
