Facebook messenger help please

Hi all.....I've been locked out of my Facebook and messenger as ex set it all up for me and I don't know the password for my own account and I can't reset as don't have access to the email address...stupid I know but........I'm still logged in on my old phone so can access it for now but can't change password........anyway what I want to do is download all my messenger conversations from my andriod phone before I wipe it but as I've only access to my messenger on my phone I can't see a way to download the messages to my pc....can someone help me please asap!!!

I don't see why your conversations on Messenger don't show up in both the Facebook app on your phone and facebook.com on your computer. Sometimes I experience a bit of a delay, and maybe the few most recent messages won't be there immediately, but after a quick page refresh it matches up perfectly.

I know it's an imperfect solution but you could always screenshot if all else fails.
