Welcome to Android Central! Which phone do you have? Is it an Android Go phone?

Do you have an old or low spec phone? Some features get disabled when the hardware can't handle it, especially if it's an Android Go device. It may be necessary to get a better phone but we need more information to provide a solid answer.
