Question Facebook new layout issue?

When I go to main menu, it opens up the settings not in full screen mode. This is only happening to my new account and not my old facebook account.

Facebook is always changing things up and testing by rolling those changes out to a limited number of people. That's probably all this is.

I clear cache and data and it goes to old layout but than switches back to the new layout.
