Facer Companion app

I have the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and I am I have the Facer app installed but it needs the Facer Companion to add watch faces but it won't work. Anyone know why?

I moved this from the Wear OS for iPhone forum to the Galaxy Watch4 forum for more specific traffic.

It might be that you need to go to the Play Store on your GW4 and install it on the watch also. OR when you search on your phone, make sure the drop down box has to install on GW4 as well. There used to bea separate companion app for the watch on previous GWs but that's when they ran on Tizen.
