Facial recognition with hat on?

I wonder if you can store multiple "faces" on the S8? I would like to be able to unlock with a hat on or off. Thoughts?

The unlock should work with or without a hat... At least that's the general idea (it's not the first device to implement facial recognition) as the general tech focuses, well, on your face, not your hair line. BUT until we use the device, not really sure.

Don't think Note 7 had facial, it was Iris.

You're right. No facial on the Note 7. It only had finger print and a iris scanner.

Facial or blue tooth connected device (samsung watch) to open the phone and then Iris or FP to open secure folder or make payments. Perfect options for me.

So what if you wear glasses half the time. Does that mean facial recognition will only work half of the time?
