Hi,

I rooted my phone a few weeks ago. All was going well, i flahed CM7, and loved it. Then i realized i hadnt activated it on the stock firmware, so i figured i would download a stock rom, flash it back, and all would be good. I rebooted to recovery, made a mistake and hit factory reset. Now i cannot boot recovery because it says
Code:
wiping data
wiping cache
rebooting

whenever i try to boot recovery, then it promptly reboots, and when i get back to the home screen it prompts me as if it is a new install of the rom.

Please help as i am afraid i now have a 150$ paper wait :(

When i connect the phone i can access it using adb. It is rooted, but i cannot access the recovery. It simply reboots to the GUI/boots up correctly. Any help?

No good either. Keeps rebooting to recovery, then syays this,
clearing data
clearing cache
restoring factory settings
rebooting
then i end up back at the GUI. Any other suggestions?

Do you have Xionia for a recovery now? there is an option to fix boot loop once you boot into that recovery.

Ok, Let me make myself clearer...

Recovery IS NOT BOOTABLE. It reboots itslef.
I CAN get into the phone.
I CAN access ADB.

What i think needs to be done is i need to flash the rom AND the recovery at the SAME TIME through adb. Has this been done before and/or is it possible?

I've heard flashing the recovery and rom at the same time is a very bad idea and could leave you permabricked
