Factory reset stuck on Shutting down

I downloaded and installed the Pie update this morning. I wanted to do a factory reset next, so I backed up my phone with Smart Switch, then went into settings and did the factory reset. It's been at Shutting down for about 20 minutes. Any suggestions?

So I was able to shut it down with the power button. After turning it back on I tried the factory reset again and this time appears to be working.

Glad it's working normally again! Hopefully you don't notice any weird bugs ...
