Factory reset tab 2

Purchased tab 2 from an auction. Fully charged it. Tried to reset but it has red triangle with exclamation mark on andI, and in yellow it says manual mode applying multi csc applied csc code xar, successfully applies multi-csc.
I purchased for granddaughter who is only 4 so she can stay off of mine lol.

Welcome to Android Central! How did you try to reset it? From the system settings, or using the hardware buttons?
