Hi, I had a quick question. Is it usually a good idea to do a factory reset after Sense 5 4.2.2 update? So far it's running excellent. Thanks.

Noooo! If you're running fine don't mess with it. ;)

Honestly, I think it's a good idea to do a factory reset any time there is a major OTA released, but I can certainly understand not wanting to. And like ffejjj said, if everything is working great, then you probably don't need to do it.

I just reset my One to cure a play store issue I was having and now I have a slew of problems.

First thing I do IF having issues is clear my cache and reboot.

For me a factory reset is always a last resort

I did a factory reset and now my sd only reads that I have 11 gigs instead of the original 16

Is there a quick and easy one shot way to clear the cache without having to go into each app and clear it?

Thanks,
Jeff

Download "Clean Master" from the store, click on "Junk Files", and then click on "Clean Junk". It's the quickest and easiest way I've found to do it.
