What should I do before I factory reset my G3? I've been having an issue with trying to look at my apps through the settings menu, and I'd like to get rid of alot of bloatware and try to figure out what else is on the phone that I don't need. Exactly what does a factory reset do?

Hi, a factory reset will wipe the phone clean, similar to the state it was when you first got it. You will need to make sure you have backed up all your data, stuff like photos, movies, music etc as these will be deleted once you perform the reset. If you go into settings, then accounts, make sure all the accounts you have registered are synced to avoid loosing things like contacts etc.
