Faded white dot in notification bar

Ok so I saw a thread about it a while back and it didn't have any responses and I didn't know what it was so I didn't care. But now it is in my notification bar and I can't find that thread. This is what is in my notification bar, but it disappears when I pull the shade down and returns when it is back up. Any clues?

It won't solve the problem but at least you won't see it if you use StatusBar+--> https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...com.tombarrasso.android.wp7bar&token=dyx7PmAA as I do.

Is it related to SIP VoIP accounts? IIRC that's about what it looks like when connected, except green. Did you try to set something up there and it's showing that faint white dot to show it's not connected?
