Failure [INSTALLED_FAILED_USER_INCOMPATIBLE]

Got my NookColor rooted and booting FROYO off the SD. Everything working great. Installed EasyADB and the device listed successfully. Tried to install NookMarket.apk (adb install nookmarket.apk) from the CMD line and got the above message. What am I doing wrong? Running Win7/64 here.

Need help!
