failure to login to comcast email

i get that message a few times so i reenter my password works till it decides not to work

this also has happened when i had an i phone any suggestions?
 
It's the actual website/app. Xfinity/Comcast put out a crappy product. I have the same issue at times. Until they fix it themselves no real way around it
 
well its not the app im using i went to settings mail add account hasn't happened for 2 hrs now i have my fingers crossed :)
 
Same issue for me, but I just ignore it and I seem to be getting my Comcast email just fine. But error message a couple times a day is annoying.

I had this issue on my iPhone 4S too.

It's Comcast's log-in server that's the problem. It takes longer to log-in for some reason and everyone's phone apps are timing out after 5 seconds without a response.

Even trying to log-in on a high-end PC takes longer for Comcast than any other Email site. Comcast needs to spend some money on their webmail servers. I mean, they raise our rates every 6 months for no reason other than greed - now might be a good time to upgrade the system for your customers, hmmmm Comcast?
 
I've been having the same issue lately. Then I hit the refresh arrow and it will work. Sometimes it takes a few tries.
