From time to time while I browse my Google feed or randomly on the web, I get a spoken voice warning that my battery is low along with a redirect to the following as in the screenshot below

I don't have any cleaner or battery saver apps, I haven't visited any risky websites.
Advice?

It's the website. I visited a Yahoo news site yesterday and a voice came up saying my device is low on memory and pointed to an app in Play Store.

It could be either (i.e., adware from an app, or an annoying browser popup ad from a website). If it's happening even when you're not browsing, I'd lean towards adware -- you'd have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away.

It only happens when browsing so I'm leaning towards it being websites.
