Falied Nougat update bricked Turbo 2

So the newest update failed on my phone. It now just loops to the boot loader screen. Have tried everything Verizon and Motorola have asked. I cannot reset or anything, it just goes back to the boot loader screen

Any ideas where to go? Phone is out of warranty, and both parties want to charge me to fix it

My Moto G4 Play locked up after the splash video the other day.

I fixed it by going in to fast boot, then sending the command string that I believe the guy was Android Doctor on YouTube had outlined in a video for going back to stock ROM. (Sorry I can't post a link to it right now). You will need an adb and fastboot program to run the string.

Fixed my phone in about 5 minutes without needing to reinstall the stock ROM.
