False Market Notifications

For several weeks now (even after several restarts) I have received false update notifications from the market. Each time, it will say I have 3 apps that need to be updated. I click on the notification to go to the Market, but ever time there is nothing that needs to be updated.

What gives?

No one has any ideas? Am I the only one? Maybe I should uninstall and reinstall?

I have 8. Every day.

I suspect it's the verizon bloatware on my phone I've never actually used, so never updated. I don't know for sure.

I have the same problem 3 to 8 apps to update, everyday and at the most there might be 3 updated in reality mostly NONE !!! My Epic 4G is stock. I have auto-update turned OFF so if there are updates, bloatware or not, I should see them listed to be updated.
