False voicemail notifications from phone services.

I'm on sprint, I have no other issues with my pixel XL other then constantly getting a voicemail notification from Phone Services, yet no voicemail. IcNt go in and clear data from app and it gets rid of notification, but comes back after alittle while. Talked with Google, they say its network carrier...of course sprint has no idea why its doing that...any suggestions?

Same issue on the s7 and note5... anyone can offer Any suggestions
