I don't have it but I'm going to guess it was pulled from the market because of the HTC thing. I did however download Beautiful Widgets as my second choice and honestly I'm glad I did as I ended up liking one of the many other clock options it had to offer. 
It was in the Market. Problem was, it was a dead on ringer for the HTC weather/digital clock. Most likely HTC had it removed. Same thing happened to Beautiful Widgets about a year ago. Beautiful Widgets came back redesigned and better than the HTc version......
If you want it, google search. Though, truthfully, I didn't like it and deleted it.

Is beautiful widgets supposed to give you the tempature like the HTC app or just show sun and rain based on the conditions? It does not even seem to give you a city.......

Beautiful Widgets gives you the time, date, city, current condition, the lows, the highs as well as the current temp. Also a truck load of clock skins and weather skins in a 4 x 2 widget.
As with any app, you need to take a couple minutes to set it up....
I have it, if someone want's it just P/M me with your e mail address I will send it as an attachment. Then you send it to the phone and open it and save it on the SD card.
I can't stand it, one of the things I hated most about my Windows phone, really hated the Windows so reminds me of a year of maintenance problems.
