Fast Chargeing not working S6 Edge

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge on T Mobile. I'm using an OEM Samsung Adaptive Fast Chargeing wall charger with an OEM Samsung USB cable that came with the charger. The brick is securely plugged into the wall and the USB cable is securely plugged into both the brick and the phone. I know that the picture doesn't look like it's plugged into the brick all the way but it is. The notification screen is only showing me that the phone is charging and not fast charging. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to get my phone too fast charge?
