Fast charging not working? Suggestions?

Just plugged my S6 edge in for the first time using the supplied fast charger. I have only gained about 19% in just over an hour. Doesn't seem like the fast charge is working. It says 4 hours remaining to full charge. Any suggestions?

Funny enough. ..when I plug in my quallcom quick charger it does fast charge. Could my Samsung charger be defective? Heck even my fast charge portable battery pack is working on it.

Mine does that too. But when I change it to a different outlet, it chargers quicker. Maybe it's the electric power
