Fast charging on s8

I am using my samsung S8 fast charging on my S8 but am worried that it is damaging my battery, is it?
Cause all through the day my phone feels hot and when i charge it it feels extra hot.

What can i do to reduce it

Check if your CPU is running 100% 24/7
That would make it feel hot. Charging it adds to that.
Apps like cpuz can tell you.

that's a normal temperature when charging.
