Fast charging quit working

Anyone else have this happen? Fast charging isn't working on cable or wireless. I checked to make sure it is turned on. Suggestions?

No problems with fast charger, but lately my phone would drain battery while charging. It's happened twice already this month alone. I had it happen on wired and wireless charges so I'm stumped. I called samsung about it and they want me to send my phone in. They kept stressing the point that if there is water damage I'd be liable for any repairs, but my phone had never been wet, and it's also been in a sammy rugged case since day 1 so there is no damage. But the way the sammy rep kept saying water damage made me nervous, like no matter what the issue is, they are going to blame it on water damage.

Anyone else have this happen? I don't want to blame Oreo, but it's conveniently started around that time lol. Maybe this is the universe telling me to get a new phone.

I don't use fast charge anymore but when I played with it I experienced where it would go to slow charge even though I use compress air at times to clean the port and became more frequent.

I used a alcohol Zeiss lens wipe and wrapped over a plastic hair pin, it fit just snuggly to wipe on both sides of the connector and let dry. Plug in my charge cable and no slow charge message anymore. I think it happened another time in the last eight months I had the phone and wiped again and haven't had it since. For my issue, must have been some fine layer of debris on the connector causing it not to have a good enough connection for fast or even normal charge.
