Fast Wireless Charger Incompatible with Galaxy S20?

I just got a new S20. I have a fast wireless charger in my car that I've been using with my old S7 and S10. It's worked fine for them, until I put my new S20 on it and got the following message. I was under the impression that a fast charger was a fast charger regardless of the phone. Is there a way to fix this, or do I need to get a new charger for the car? If so, how do I know which ones are compatible?

One thing could be the charging coils do not line up as well with the larger S20. You could try the phone upside down in the cradle to see if that makes a difference.

Fast charging in phones can be proprietary, like the warp charge on OnePlus phones needs their wireless charger. Apple wireless charging is significantly slower unless you are using their MagSafe charger.
Samsung phones I think may charge differently depending on the charger. It may draw a certain amount of power from its chargers and just 7.5w from a third party charger. I am not sure exactly what Samsung does and I stopped using wireless charging with my S10+ as I didn’t like it.
