Hello. I obtained a fast wireless charger which looks like this but somehow when I plug it in and place my AT&T Note 5 on it gives me this. Is it fast wireless charging my phone?

Probably, yup. Fast Wireless charging isn't the 'normal' Fast Charging that will fill up your phone in 15 minutes for the first 50% (and to my knowledge, the Fast Charging notification only shows up with wired chargers). What Fast Wireless charging does is charge your phone faster than normal wireless charging, but you shouldn't expect the same speeds as a wired Fast Charger (it's actually closer to the standard 2A charger, I think).

Update: Here you go, they compare all options and you can see the difference in a nifty little graph.

It will say fast wireless charging, not just wireless charging. Make sure you are using the fast charging plug for the wireless charger.

Gotcha. I may have to buy one then since White one that I have doesn't work.

You definitely need a fast plug and compatible cable... it's significantly faster than any non-fast wired cable, and not significantly slower than the fast wired cable - if I'm at 60%, it takes like 7 minutes longer to get to full.
