Fastboot mode looping

Guys, I am here because I am kinda desperate. First my phone got stucked in the power button looping (I have a Nexus 5 from Google), then reading some tutorials, I managed to fix it but last time it entered in the looping I couldn't fix it. So I took it to a repair store to fix it..they changed the buttons but did not fix the phone, and after that something new happened: Now, I am stuck in a FASTBOOT MODE looping..the screen keeps alternating into the option: Recovery mode, start, power off...I dont know what to do...Maybe is a software problem?
Is there any possibility to recover my phone even if I lose everything? through computer...idk! Please help :/

If you use the volume rocker to scroll down, you can get to an option to restart. Use the power button to select that.

The thing is I can't use the volume buttons! It keeps alternating among options without pressing any buttons. :/!

I would take it back to the shop. Tell them what going on.
