Fastest and best Rom?

Hello everyone, its me Mrjoshy, I'm incredibly new to this site, and I've been wondering, what's the fastest and best roms for our lg optimus s's? As of right now, I am currently running CleanRom 2.2. It's a decent Rom, and I like it, but its not exactly the fastest or the best on battery life. So, I was wondering, what are some of the fastest Roms for our phones, that are good on battery life etc. Thanks!
