I pre-ordered my unit. Within a day, it was clear i have a bunk unit. Something is going on with the screen essentially. It will open and run programs, completely freeze up, dial phone, pick up phone calls. If you rest it on the table, you can sit back and watch all the programs open up, like a ghost is pressing the screen. NOT GOOD. Othertimes, it will work like a dream. I have app killers and there is no rhyme or reason to when the crazies kick in. Rebooting does nothing, have rebuilt system, etc.

I do know that this is a great product, and don't have another phone to switch to right now. Verizon is telling me that they can't do anything as they are out of stock. I waited forever for my incredible... i get that sometimes there is a faulty one in the bunch, but to wait a month is INSANE!!!

Wondering if anyone here has any technical suggestions and has any idea as to someone/number i could contact beyone regular customer service... I have given an ear full to everyone there.

if mine starts getting a mind of its own I will mess around with the trackball and it stops, doesn't happen often and its never opened or closed programs so it may be something different

I do know that app killers are not a good thing

Have you tried a Master reset and then left it alone / did not add app killer or other apps to see if the issue is native to the ROM?

Mine does it, it usually keeps trying to go to the right... i usually wipe the trackpad clean and its fine. But its doing it more and more now and im getting annoyed. I thought i could stick it out but nope. I am currently in the process of getting a new one shipped to me (none in stock in my city) since its within the 30 day period.
