Favfriends app for Facebook

On my iPhone I had an app called FavFriends for Facebook. It was a cool app where you can select some key people from Facebook and you will get notifications when they post. Does something like this exist for Android?

Hi Techfan,

There may be an app for this, but the official Facebook app provides a solution, actually.

Add these 'key' people to your Close Friends list on the website, and you should get notifications on your phone when they post updates, add photos, etc. I actually stumbled upon this by accident a while back.
