Favorite gesture system?

Hey AC! I'm new to android 10 and I have been playing around with it the past few days on my TCL 10 Pro. I keep going back and forth between the two gesture navigation options. I'm greatly enjoying gestures over buttons, as it reminds me a bit of bb10 from back in the day.

My 10 Pro gives me two options. Back from the side of the phone or back by swiping up from the bottom (left or right side). Back from the side seems to make the most sense, but that can become problematic when dealing with apps that have overflow / side menus. Nonetheless, the "flow" of the phone is different when using the back from the bottom options. It just feels smoother and faster when going back from the side.

What is your favorite gesture system and why? Does your phone give you options?

My Moto Z4 gives me options.

Buttons, Motorola's, and Google's.

I prefer Motorola's.

I'm also new to Android 10, having just replaced my BB Motion with a Motorola, which gives me two options: gesture navigation or 3-button. I'm enjoying the gesture navigation -- takes me back to my z10 days ...

i am new to android 10 and i have been wanting to try gestures but i just havnt gotten to it yet. still using the nav buttons. mayb one day
