One of the nice things about living in this part of Ohio that the Amish country is just a few hours away. I can carry 2 wheels of guggisburg(sp) baby swiss cheese in each saddlebag...

I hit up a cheese factory in Kalona, IA that I love. They make really great cheese kurds too.
