FCC Clears 3G Nexus 7

Following a little but of sleuthing by The Digital Reader, Google?s new 3G-enabled Nexus 7 tablet made an appearance on the FCC website yesterday (October 24), confirming earlier leaks that the Asus-made ME370TG model would join its WiFi-only cousin on retailers? shelves and on the Google Play Store.

I have mixed feelings about this: Happy to see a cellular 3G unit but pissed it wasnt for sale when I purchased mine! :(

I'm not buying a whole new device less than 2 months after I bought this one! Come on now.

So I'll have to quickly try to sell off this current 16GB WIFI-only model for a loss to buy a model that should have been on sale 2 months ago? Ugh...

Like I said, mixed feelings...

There's a whole thread of people saying they don't want cellular radios in their tablets.

But I like options. :)
