That happened just as you said but the store doesn't show any but the normally free apps and paid ones. I submitted a support request on the oculus site.
The demo movies are kind of cool. I'm surprised by the coarse picture. Is that a screen resolution issue or are they trying to control file size?
Where did you see the games? Was it under library? Perhaps under the uninstalled tab.I had the same problem. Downloaded the app no games. Someone suggested clearing the data and cache of the app, still no games. Tried calling the 800 number and got a currently unavailable message. Then about a week later, out of the blue, logged into the app again and the games were there.
Don't they show up under "Not Installed"?
ALMOST SOLVED
I got an answer from Oculus with a link to Samsung promotions saying "shipment" is pending. Pic below.
What gets me is a card came in the package with a number to call for help redeeming 6 game bundle. That number gave the bad line sound at first but I tried again and had 54 callers ahead of me. Went through some prompts and got a Prizelogic operator who promptly refered me to Oculus chat. After a few days of email back and forth Oculus gives me a link to Samsung which says the software which will appear in the account is awaiting "shipping."
Is this what the rest of you went through?
