"Featured" phones in the forum

The forum has had a new look for a while now and one of the changes was a new bar that has big icons to link to specific sub-forums near the top of the main forum page. Its hard to miss really.

I like the feature but who/what decides which gadgets get placed on that?

I ask because I would like the Samsung Epic 4G to be on there. You got 4 droid phones and 3 HTC phones. Where's the Samsung love?

My guess is Phil decides and I say that because the droid pro was so quickly hoisted to the top.
