Delete ROM Manager and any ".nomedia" file found on your SDcard with Root Explorer. Then clear cache/data in your Media Storage app, Play Music app, and any other app you're using for that stuff.

Reboot.

Not entirely sure I'm following you, but perhaps it's the same issue others were having with the ROM Manager .nomedia file. Check out this thread.

i am coping mp3 files in the music folder from my computer and the player is not finding them i can go into the music folder and select them and they work but cant access them from google play

Yes, clear data/cache in the Play Music app and Media Storage app. Make sure .nomedia has been deleted from the SDcard.
