Fi - can I use two GV accounts?

I have my current phone number with AT&T that I plan to port to Fi/GV (Account 1). I have another GV account (Account 2) that my entire family shares to make international call.

Can I use Account 1 as my primary phone number on Fi, but use Account 2 for international calls?

Yes, just sign up your Fi account under the Google account 1. Once you're activated, you'll be able to add the second Google account 2. You'll have to use the hangouts dialer to place the calls from Account 2 though.
