Couldn't find a similar issue in the Atrix forum, so posted a new one.
I am having issues with getting the phone portal to work on my work laptop. With my 6 year old desktop running XP, plugging my phone in results in the phone portal coming up and all the normal stuff. However, plugging into my thinkpad running windows 7 results in the drivers being installed, but the phone not being browsable in the Windows 7 file system. I've attached a picture with what I do see in 'My Computer,' and another picture showing that the drivers have been installed but do not run properly.
Does anyone have an idea on what could be preventing me from running the phone portal or being able to browse my phones file system? I turned off my Security Agent provided by my company but no dice. I should also note that my coworker and I have been issued the exact same laptop/OS, and his atrix works perfectly with his PC.
Other issues: Tango crashes when trying to make calls; ESPN radio will not play. I imagine these may be issues with Atrix's Froyo build, but I welcome any input.
