File Recognition Solution?

When using Ninjamorph I've been renaming new png's with the exact name of the file that was in place before. Is this necessary? Does the system look for just a part of a file name or the entire file name. Getting ready to tackle some battery icons and that is a lot of renaming. Files from other roms are similar, but not exact.

not sure of the answer to your question, but have you considered using a batch file renamer instead of doing it individually?
