Anybody seen an app the will let me move files around on the tablet? You can do it on a computer when you plug the phone in, you can do it on a computer by itself, but you have to plug the tablet in like a phone to move stuff around, and we have a pretty large screen.

Anybody know of a good app?

I'm currently using File Manager Pro and Root Explorer.
Today I downloaded ES File Explorer. It's quickly turning into my favorite file manager app.
It has a Dropbox plugin that allows me to rename and move files around within my Dropbox account. Something the official Dropbox app can't do.
It's also the only file manager app that I've used that will allow me to highlight multiple files within a folder, then select an option to share or attach to an email.

Also check out Bluetooth File Transfer. It allows you to move files around on your device, as well as being able to view & transfer files to & from another device using Bluetooth. You can view files on another device, even if the device is in standby mode. As long as Bluetooth for both devices are enabled. I actually have my Tab 10.1 charging at the moment. I'm sitting on the other side of the room copying files to & from my Android phone & my Tab. I have this app on both my Android & Tab.

I'm looking for something that will open 2 windows...anyone seen anything like that? One that would have system files window open and the other window with SD card files...click/hold/drag-n-drop....I haven't found one. Or does the ES File explorer I currently use have a way of doing that?

I have tried twice now to upload a file and dowload it to a file of choice....fail. I can upload to dropbox, but it chooses where to download and its the same location it uploaded from. How do i repath it? Im pretty smart on phones and very smart on computers. I feel like an idiot with this tab sometimes.

Doesn't seem to be what OP is looking for but I wanted to let everyone know about File Manager HD. It's a tablet only file manager which looks great and is very functional. I love the LAN connection for moving files to and from the PC.

What steps do you recommend for setting up a LAN connection?
I had no luck setting mine up today.
