Files on SD card not appearing on Note ... HELP

Ok, I am baffled. I inserted my 128 gb sd card into my computer and copied over all my music. Once copied, I looked at the sd card on the computer and all the folders were there with songs in the folders.

That said, once the card is in the phone all the folders are there but there are no songs in the folders once the folders get to the letter Q.

I have done the copying twice now with the same results. I am so baffled. Anyone with any ideas?

I believe that you need to format the card in the phone it's self first and then work from there.

I use a free app called Send Anywhere to send files back and forth from computer to phone.

I agree. The phone needs to do its thing with the card. Then, take it out and put the files on there.

I am going to call Kingston today to see if someone there can help me solve this mystery.
