Filestructure: Folder Names

i've been parusing the forums a bit to find an answer, found a partial answer on a diff one...

i was looking to add ring tones... found that if you put a folder on your SD card called "Ringtones" it will show up in the ringtone section...

does the same exist for notification tones? do i need a new folder name? any other special folders that can be added to enhance the UI in some way or another?

Notifications Need Their Own Folder

Yes, just create a Notification folder and put your media files in there and when you go into the dialog to change them, the new files will show up. You can do the same thing for Ringtones and Alarms.
