Fill in the blank template?

I'm not really surewhat to call this. I tried googling for a preexisting app but I'm not entirely sure what to search. So here it is. I own a mechanic garage. We do a lot of business with a used car dealership in town. There is a standard check out sheet we use. For example. "vin# : 123456" "make : ford" "model : escape" then a check list of "brakes, oil change, windshield wipers, tires, tag light, etc"

It would much more fluid if we couldgo digital. And have an app where my employees can just fill in the blanks on a tablet and hit a button and it gets sent to the wireless printer. Does something like this exist? If not how hard would it be to make? I'm sorry if I'm being ignorant but I really don't know anything about this.

I used a PalmOS version of this app for years and really liked it then. Have never tried the Android version as I no longer have much of a need.

From what I gather there is a Forms add-on which can be used to generate reports and save them as PDFs. At that point, printing should be simple.

But, I suggest you visit the publisher's website and inquire there: DDH Software
