Got an email yesterday afternoon that it's finally back in stock so I ordered one. It's already on its way and should arrive today! How cool is that?

That's awesome! Let's see photos and hear how you like it when it's received!

Will do. I have a Samsung gear s3. So I'm going to give the LG a week and see which one is staying! Both are selling on eBay for more than I paid.

I love the s3 design and Samsung pay. But I hate tizen and don't have a Samsung phone, so it's seriously limited.

Yeah, bought a "lightly used" Titanium gray one off Swappa yesterday for $360. Wish I would've known they would be back in stock. I probably would have gone ahead and bought the navy one! :'(

Got it set up and it's really good. Speaker sounds clear. Screen is vivid and bright. It's, of course wonderfully responsive. Bluetooth range is great and wifi adds to it. (Fi data sim is on the way). The only issue I'm having is the lack of so many apps I had on my 360. No hangouts. No keep. No coffee time. Where are all my apps? I went into the app store on the watch and none of them come up. Any thoughts?

OK. Found the problem. Android wear 2.0 is a little less intrusive. Instead of auto installing everything you have to go to the wear play store and at the bottom of the category list there is a section that says apps on your phone. You can download the accompanying wear apps there. Now hangouts and keep are working fine. (Tho it looks like hangouts doesn't support ai generated responses...So I'm gonna give messages another chance...Been wanting that feature since inbox!)

So far I'm enjoying wear 2 a LOT more than tizen. Svoice is just garbage. Google assistant is really good. Like so good you can whisper to it. Play music finally let's you view your library...But it doesn't show the whole thing. It also works on wifi and LTE. I'm so happy to finally have Chromecast control back! That was another thing I hated about s3 and loved on my 360.

The band is a little more comfortable on the LG watch sport IMHO...The texture on the s3 band always made my arm a little red and gave me a rash when I tried a workout while wearing it.

I'll use it outside today so we'll see how much better or worse it acts in sunlight. But so far I think the s3 is the one hitting eBay! Oh, I'll also get to use Android pay today. Should get my data SIM this week. So I'll get to test Fi service on it then!

Iam glad you liked it! I found it a bit too big and heavy for myself

Discovered a great feature. When I got to work it automatically connected to wifi, using the credentials saved in my phone instead of making me reenter it! Nice!
